Panama Geisha Private Reserve
Hacienda La Esmeralda, Boquete • 1,750m MASL • Washed Slow Dry
Every cup starts with a single origin. Hand-picked Geisha beans from the highland slopes of Boquete, Panama — grown at altitude where cooler air and volcanic soil develop complex, layered flavors.
Each micro-lot is roasted in batches of 12 kg or less. We monitor first crack precisely, developing sweetness while preserving the bean's unique terroir character.
Extracted at 9 bars of pressure with spring water heated to 93°C. The result is a thick golden crema carrying notes of jasmine, stone fruit, and dark chocolate.
From the farm to your cup — every detail matters. Explore our seasonal reserves, brewed for those who appreciate coffee at its finest.
Small-lot specialty coffees sourced directly from award-winning farms. Each origin is roasted to order and shipped within 48 hours of roasting.
We work directly with growers in Panama, Ethiopia, and Colombia, paying premium prices well above market minimums to ensure sustainable farming and exceptional cherry harvesting.
Roasted in micro-batches under 12 kg. We calibrate roast curves by the second to highlight each variety's natural floral aromas and delicate sweetness without charred bitterness.

“The Panama Geisha is crystalline and floral — easily the cleanest washed profile I've tasted all season. Jasmine and stone fruit in absolute harmony.”
“Southern Weather pulls the sweetest, most velvety espresso on our machine. Rich dark chocolate with candied nuts that cuts through milk brilliantly.”
“Shipped two days after roasting. The moment I opened the bag the entire kitchen smelled of fresh blueberries and lavender. Unbelievable quality.”
